Manoj Malhotra – Founder & Managing Director
Managing Director and Founder of Synigence Group, Manoj is an IT/ITeS/Investment Banking/ Management Consulting/ Outsourcing Industry veteran of more than 30 years of experience across managing global consulting and BPM operations for Big 4 consulting and Multi-billion Dollar Transnational organizations.
Manoj was instrumental in setting up the technology cross border investment banking and BPM consulting practice at PwC India during 1998-2003.Manoj served during 2003-16 as the Founder CEO/Chairman of Board for the IT/ITeS Businesses in US/India for the $ 4 BN Avantha Group across companies like Salient, Avantha Business and Pyramid Healthcare.
Manoj was also the President of BPO Association of India and has been actively involved in policy making and
planning level with the government and industry associations for IT/ Business Process Outsourcing across US
and India.
Aarti Bery Malhotra – Joint Managing Director
sA Chartered Accountant by profession from Deloiite India, Aarti has almost 30 years of experience with MNC’s like Reckitt Benckiser and American Express in areas like finance, treasury, consulting and corporate management. Aarti has also managed India delivery operations for large cross border financial analytics focused BPO businesses.
Aarti and Synigence were nominated in 2019 amongst the top 5 Women Entrepreneurs Led Companies in the
Emerging Category Under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India and
NAASCOM initiated “MeitY-NASSCOM Startup Women Entrepreneur Award 2019” (Software Products).
