- Synigence helped segment the end to end ROI process flow into Request Record and Release of Information Phases. The Request Record Team manages the intake, review, and entry of new medical record requests into the client’s database system. The Release of Information team verifies and updates request details to ensure accurate mapping of the requester information, delivery method, billing rate, HIPAA compliance norms so as to ensure readiness for release processing.
