Job description-

Seeking eligible candidates in Delhi/NCR with US Healthcare Provider client experience for Medical Billing/Collection RCM roles, for the position of FTEs and Team Leads, with a preference for prior experience in infusion/pharmacy healthcare clients and medical necessity prior authorization expertise.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in working for infusion/pharmacy healthcare clients and expertise in handling medical necessity-related prior authorization processes is desired.
  • Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills - the ability to comprehend English is essential

Job Title : Senior Process Associate/SME – Medical Record Retrieval (MRR) /US calling Process/B2B calling
Function : Operations
Location: New Delhi, India
Shift: Night Shift

Job description-

Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Confirm receipt of request/prepayment
  • Check for additional documents
  • Check turnaround time and update call outcome on the client application
  • Regular follow-up on Call to be made until the request is closed.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in US Healthcare Calling Process, medical records retrieval
  • Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communications skills - ability to comprehend English is essential - should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations after understanding the case.
  • Must be a Graduate

Job description-

Responsible for review and processing of healthcare patient documents for Release of Information / Document Review / Record Retrieval Process for US Healthcare client.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key task is to review and verify large volumes of data with precision and after applying rules and guidelines as prescribed by client manuals and US compliance laws.

  • Prior experience in Healthcare Data Management, medical records, ROI or other related experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communications skills - ability to comprehend English is essential - should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations after understanding the case.

Flexibility to work in shifts will be required

  • Would be preferred 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Document Management process or more than 6 months experience in BPO.

Job description-

Responsible for supervising his/her team to ensure they are knowledgeable about their duties, are provided the necessary tools to perform their jobs and receive appropriate training and guidance as needed. Prior experience in Healthcare Data Management, medical records, ROI or other related experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervises his/her team to ensure they are clear about their duties, are provided the necessary tools to perform their jobs and receive appropriate training and guidance as needed.
  • Assists Management team with assigning workloads, develops priorities, and establishes work schedules and policies necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Assists Management team with periodic appraisals and develops regular performance objectives to ensure growth and development of direct reports.
  • Assists Management team in conducting/documenting disciplinary actions and/or counseling sessions according to company policies and procedures and in consultation with Human Resources.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Healthcare Data Management, medical records, ROI or other related experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in team handling, supervising in a US Healthcare Document Management process, total work experience should be 6 years.
  • Ability to accurately utilize personal computer with fluency with Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Ability to write reports and communicate professionally.
  • Well organized/detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
